Prep work is fundamental for the success of any paint project. If the Project is not lead, we will pressure wash days before starting an Exterior. Things we may also have to do could be things like replacing siding, removing flacking paint, caulking, filling any holes. Followed by tapping and protection of anything important. We sometimes Spray, but oftentimes we brush and roll. Its better quality in certain situations!

Lead Renovations

Lead was used in paint for Residential Homes until 1978. Whenever you see flacking paint on a pre 1978 home, its a good idea to get it tested to be safe.
